My broken wings



maybe when I noticed it, it was already too late
I wish that I could come to you
and change the past and make it better
but I know that I'm not good enough
if my wings managed to carry me
I'd fly to you right away or should I leave that for later?

from down here it seems so different than from the sky
but now everything has changed and I can't help it

our separation really did wound me badly
